Hwang caused Liverpool plenty of problems and caught the eye with his performances in the Champions League.
Wolves are a side that are doing well domestically and in the Europa League, so joining them seems like an obvious decision for the forward.
Arsenal have plenty of attacking firepower and some hugely talented academy players, so missing out on him isn’t the end of the world.
