West Ham are reportedly eager to make an official move for Arsenal and Wolverhampton Wanderers target Cedric Soares in January.
According to TEAMtalk, the Hammers lining up a big for the right-back in the winter window after both Arsenal and Wolves enquired about the possibility of signing Cedric.
The Portugal international is currently set to be a free agent next summer with his contract at St. Mary’s set to expire at the end of the season, and the report suggests Saints could look to cash in on him in January.

READ ARSENAL VERDICT
Cedric has been out of favour somewhat under Ralph Hasenhuttl this season, making just five appearances in the Premier League, and the 29-year-old could prove a useful signing for Arsenal.
The Portugal international would likely be a relatively cheap signing and he would provide strength in depth at right-back alongside the likes of Hector Bellerin.
The Gunners may have to react quickly in their pursuit of the right-back however, given how West Ham are reportedly lining up a bid for him.
