Ex-Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes has called on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to make a move for Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil.
Speaking to BT Sport, Scholes called upon United to sign Ozil, believing that the German could be a solution to the struggles currently happening at Old Trafford.

Ozil’s huge wages may be an issue, but Scholes reckons that the German could be a great signing for United.
I think he is a player that can link a team together.
He has got great quality and he has shown that in his career. He could be the answer short term, I don’t know. It would be up to him, if he wants to take a pay cut.

Ozil’s time at Arsenal certainly looks over, especially after being left out of yet another European squad.
The midfielder will surely leave Arsenal in the near future, but whether or not he would take a pay cut to move to Manchester United is another thing.
Arsenal would be taking the risk, if they sold Ozil, of giving a rival a boost, so they could decide against letting him move to another Premier League club.
