Arsenal have made an offer a for Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez according to Spanish publication AS, but would he be a good signing for the Gunners?
AS report that Arsenal have made a bid of €32m up front, with another €3m in potential add-ons, making the total amount of the deal worth €35m (£31.3m), which is significantly less than the reported asking price of Wilfried Zaha, who is also being linked with a move to the Emirates.
However, Zaha (26) is younger than Vazquez (28) and it seems that the Crystal Palace star is more determined to play for Arsenal than the Real Madrid man is.

Zaha has apparently dreamed of playing for the Gunners for a long time, whilst Vazquez is looking to leave Madrid in search of regular playing time so that he has a better chance of being part of the Spanish squad for the 2020 European Championships.
There have been plenty of conflicting reports about Arsenal’s budget, so it’s tough to make a determination on which of the deals mentioned would be preferable.
If Arsenal have enough money to sign Zaha and make improvements to their defence and midfield, then he would probably be a better signing but if the budget will be blown on the Ivorian, then bringing in Vazquez whilst still having the ability to make defensive reinforcements would make more sense.
