Alberto Moreno could be about to sign a new deal with Liverpool.
The left-back has failed to establish any kind of role in the Reds XI so far this season, but has supposedly been offered a new contract by the club.
Having made two Premier League starts so far this season, the 26-year-old’s most recent outing was against Burnley earlier this month, where he was hooked after a disappointing 65 minutes.

Quoted by Team Talk, Moreno told a Spanish radio station:
Liverpool has proposed renewing me but no agreement has been reached, in January the market opens and we will see.
To this day we have nothing closed neither with Liverpool nor with other clubs
The exact details of the offer Moreno did not reveal, but it seems as though Jürgen Klopp wouldn’t be entirely against the idea of keeping the Spaniard around for at least another season.
Having been kept out of the lineup by Andrew Robertson, it is difficult to see how (barring injury) Alberto Moreno forces his way back into the starting lineup at Anfield.
With his current deal set to expire at the end of the current season, Moreno evidently has a choice to make.
Unai Emery is familiar with the defender from their time together at Sevilla, and could make a run at signing the Seville-native when 2019 comes around.
