Arsenal have shown an interest in signing Juventus defender Daniele Rugani as they look to improve their shaky defence in the summer according to the Daily Star.
The Gunners attempted to bring the player in January but the move failed to materialise.
Arsene Wenger was keen to make additions at the back last month but he couldn’t get any move completed in time.
The 23-year-old Juve defender has found it tough to break into the side this season which is what has alerted Arsenal of his availability.

Leonardo Bonucci is well ahead of him in the pecking order which makes it tough for him to be able to make any kind of impact on the team at present and a move away could be required for the defender.
The player’s agent Davide Torchia has said that the Gunners have shown a strong interest in the player when speaking in a recent interview:
Daniele’s doing well, I’m happy for him. Arsenal? They didn’t launch any attempts for him.
