According to The Mirror, Arsenal have rejected a loan bid for Rob Holding from Burnley.
Arsenal have has a busy transfer deadline day, as well as a busy January transfer window, but business with Burnley for Rob Holding will not go ahead, after rejecting a loan bid from the surprising Premier League high-flyers.
Holding has been playing a lot of games for Arsenal this season after injuries to many of their first team defenders such as Laurent Koscielny. Arsene Wenger will want to keep the young English defender at the club for the rest of the season for defensive backup.

Arsenal are still interested in West Brom’s Jonny Evans on this deadline day, so if they do sign the Northern Ireland international, Arsenal may consider letting Holding go out on loan.
For Burnley, this would be a great addition to the side, who have seen Georges-Kevin N’koudou and Aaron Lennon join the club this transfer window.
