Championship club Leeds United has emerged as being close to completing the signing of Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez after struggling to find many minutes this season according to Argentina.AS.
The goalkeeper has been on loan in Spain with Getafe but has struggled to find minutes this season which has prompted his need to come back to England to try and find the correct solution.
An agreement has been made with the Yorkshire club and a deal is expected to be confirmed before the end of tomorrow nights window.

There has also been an approach from Premier League side Crystal Palace but it was thought that deal isn’t one which would suit any of the clubs involved and a move to Leeds would be better for all involved.
He has started just five games in the last two years and at the age of 25 it’s important that he is given an opportunity to further his career with a move to a club like Leeds.
