Arsenal certainly have work to do in the league, if they are to challenge the two Manchester clubs and Tottenham Hotspur for the title, but they are making good strides in cup competition.
Expectedly top of their Europa League group, the Gunners now have the chance to progress in the Carabao Cup as they entertain Championship side Norwich City at the Emirates on Tuesday night.
The Canaries last played at the Emirates in the Premier League in April 2016, when a Danny Welbeck goal just before the hour mark handed Wenger’s side a 1-0 win.

Norwich haven’t beaten Arsenal away from home since 1992, when a Gunners side featuring the likes of Tony Adams, Lee Dixon, Paul Merson and Alan Smith were unceremoniously beaten 4-2 by the Canaries, in front of a 24,000 crowd at Highbury.
Arsene Wenger will certainly be looking to sweep lesser opposition aside as he hunts for silverware, but who will he trust with the task? Here’s our predicted XI…
