Arsenal had to face London and title rivals Chelsea in the 6th round of the Premier League, it was expected to be a very tough game for both sides, as both couldn’t afford to lose any points. Arsenal fielded the same XI as the one that beat Hull City last week.
Arsenal was amazing in the first half, amazing football, incredible work rate, good ball circulation, simply amazing. Arsenal opened the score through Alexis Sanchez in the 11th minute, and scored the second of the game just 3 minutes later, through an amazing team goal finished by Theo Walcott. Just before half time, Arsenal star Mesut Özil scored the 3rd of the game.
The second half was not as exciting as the first half, but it showed that Arsenal can play some composed football and know how to finish off a game.
With all that being said, let’s take a look at the five things we learned in this game!
