Arsenal took on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Sunday afternoon and came away with a solitary point, with the scores ending 0-0.
The north East side completely shut Arsene Wenger’s side out in what was an impressive defensive performance where the home side gave as much as they took.
It was disappointing from the Arsenal front, with it now mathematically impossible for them to win the Premier League, creating a two-horse race for both Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City – although the Gunners can still finish above Mauricio Pochettino’s side, it’ll take a miracle for that to be achieved but it is possible.
The Gunners didn’t perform too badly against the Black Cats, with some impressive performances from the likes of Laurent Koscielny, Mohamed Elneny and Petr Cech the stand-outs, while Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud had a 90 minutes to forget.
