The Czech-international has produced game-saving performances in several important matches for Arsenal, with Liverpool and Bayern Munich at the Emirates Stadium as well as Stoke away providing prime examples of the 33-year-old’s importance to Arsenal this season.
Cech not only brings excellent shot stopping to the table but as four-time Premier League winner, and a pivotal piece of Chelsea’s UEFA Champions League winning side of 2012, Cech also brings a winning mentality and experience that Arsenal so severely lack.
