Arsenal have reportedly sent scouts to watch 15-year-old Thomas Buitink from the Netherlands, who has caught the eye of many big clubs all across Europe. The teenager has already been called up to the Netherlands under-16 side and has scored more than 100 goals at various youth levels.

It is believed that both Juventus and Borussia Dortmund are also said to have scouted Buitink recently. Arsenal are currently said to be thinking about making an offer for the Dutch youngster after being impressed by his performances for his club, Vitesse Arnhem.
Acquiring such a quality player at a young age would do wonders for the club’s already strong academy, and being able to see a player trained from his mid-teens all the way until he gets into the first team would be rewarding for coaches and fans happy as well. With his high goal tally already, it is likely that the young striker would receive a warm welcome if he is signed.

It is a classic Arsene Wenger signing, and if he does move to the north London side, would have the opportunity to develop with the likes of Thierry Henry and Andries Jonker overlooking.
