In Thursday morning’s news conference with the media, Arsene Wenger admitted he is confident that his team will start scoring goals.
Arsenal have severely lacked goals so far this season, netting only three times in the Premier League, two of which were own goals.
All though have come on the road, with the Gunners yet to register a goal at the Emirates after two home games.
We have created the chances and that’s what we want to continue to do.
I believe that the finishing is a bit cyclical, up and down, and we are the team who has created the most chances since the start of the season, so let’s just continue to focus on the quality of our game.
Despite the Frenchman not bringing in a striker during the summer transfer window, Wenger is still confident Arsenal have enough attacking quality to start producing more goals.

It is about the efficiency and the quality of our game, we can score goals and I am not worried about that.
We have Alexis, we have Giroud and we have Walcott. It is a massive opportunity for them of course.
The north London side host Stoke City this weekend on Saturday at 15:00 BST, and if the Gunners fail to score at home once again, big questions will be asked of Wenger.
Arsenal have some huge fixtures coming up, including their first Champions League game of the campaign against Dinamo Zagreb, Chelsea in the league and Tottenham in the Capital One Cup all within a week of each other, and all away from home.
Wenger’s side will have to start finishing the chances they create if they want to get some positive results out of a tricky run of games and if they want to challenge for more silverware.
